about jana lee

Ever since I was a small child, I remember my mom teaching me about the beauty in our world. Whether it be her pointing out a special flower, a pretty color, style of furniture, or a type of architecture, she was unconsciously educating me and guiding me towards a future in the design world. My mother opened her own design studio back in the 1970s. I worked alongside my mom, learning much of what I know about design, furniture, fabrics, and accessorizing from her. I have always had a love for art and decided to pursue a degree in art with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. The combination of what I learned from my mother, my formal education, and years of working with clients on design projects have led me to where I am today. I am so proud to be the Design Director for the Designing Lives International Phoenix area. I look forward to bringing my experience and passion for design to my clients projects. Together, we will develop a step-by-step plan to transform their dreams into reality.
