The Rabbit Connection

My mother was always a great inspiration to me. She was an incredible lady…so creative and she loved everything beautiful in the world. My mom had a design studio and gift shop in Minnesota for many years. She chose a rabbit for her shop logo because there used to be a bunny that would come up on her deck every morning to visit. She would feed this rabbit treats by hand. So, without knowing anything about the rabbit connection, Robin, the founder of Designing Lives International, set up an appointment for my environmental shoot at Town (an incredible design showroom to the trade in Scottsdale). We walked in, and this gigantic rabbit was sitting on the table. I believe that it was a message from my mom. It was a sign that she is proud of me and of my new position as the Design Director for the Phoenix area. Thanks, Mom!
